"content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity. I congratulate the Senate Majority Leader on the Motion regarding the adjournment of the House. As many have said, we are tired. However, we are not tired because we have been doing nothing; we have been doing something. We have shown Kenya that we were here and this is the “Upper House” that can decide the direction of Kenya. Indeed, we have done it. At this time, I congratulate the “12 disciples,” who made it to where we are. Some of them are here, while some vanished somewhere. The good thing is that we achieved what Kenyans wanted. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I urge my colleagues to maintain peace, order and restrain from unnecessary politics.
