    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the National Assembly for expeditiously passing The County Allocation Revenue Bill. I wish that, in future, the same National Assembly should be fast-tracking the passage of some of the Bills that originate from the Senate, so that we can continue to work together as a Parliament, as envisaged under Article 93 of the Constitution. Secondly, the Chair of the Council of Governors (CoG) and counties are complaining that there is a chronic delay of disbursement by the National Treasury. I hope that the Cabinet Secretary (CS) in charge of the National Treasury and Planning, Hon. Amb. Ukur Yatani, will disburse and give us the schedule of disbursement, so that the counties can continue to access services."
