"content": "Three days is not sufficient enough for the Ministry of Health to crosscheck the fumigation process within our isolation centers which happen to be schools of learning. We are worried for our children to go back to school. In the Rift Valley and Western Kenya, most parents have taken their children for circumcision. It is called ‘ tumda’. Most of them in Western Kenya did not do it in August because COVID-19 was on the rise. They are expected to complete the right of passage within 30 days. The ‘tumda’ process is important in our culture. It will be almost impossible to have children report back to school on Monday."
