    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, I beg to move: THAT, the Senate adopts the Report of the Standing Committee on Health on its inquiry into the death of a patient at the M.P. Shah Hospital allegedly due to negligence, laid on the Table of the Senate on Thursday, 24th September, 2020. Madam Deputy Speaker, the House may recall that this Statement was referred to the Standing Committee on Health. We were tasked to investigate whether contrary to Article 43(1)(a) of the Constitution and Section 7 of the Health Act, whether M.P Shah Hospital caused the untimely death of the late Mrs. Virginia Asaph by putting commercial interests before her well-being.
