    "content": "There was something that I was dealing with yesterday. First was the question of the role of the Executive in appointing the Board. My observation was that the Executive was responsible for the appointment of the board through nomination of the chairperson by the President. The appointment of the rest of the members of the board is by the Cabinet Secretary (CS) of the National Treasury. The other appointments are statutory appointments that depended on those holding certain positions in the Executive."
