    "content": "I hope that Parliament will use Clauses 7 and 8 to extend the life of this Fund. It says that Parliament may extent by a simple majority. It will not have that much of a problem because it requires simple majority in both Houses to pass an extension. Even the Controller of Budget (CoB) is supposed to make sure that nothing is withdrawn without the consent of the CoB."
