    "content": "I want to support and advise this House that we should not try to undermine devolution because of teething problems. Our job as the National Assembly is to support the Senate where they are doing a good job, and where they are not doing a good job, we refuse to support them, so that devolution can be anchored truthfully and with big long roots. In future, we should not have these kinds of teething problems. Ten years down the line, we are still talking about agreeing on formulas and others. It is a shame. I support."
