There is much that we would like to know about the money that was spent and the people who were engaged in the fight against these locusts. It is very important because it will enable this House to understand exactly how the money that had been put into fighting against locusts was used. Who knows; it could be another very huge scandal that is hiding behind COVID-19. The Committee that will be in charge of this Statement should dig deep, so that we get to know where the money that was apportioned to fight locusts went."
