    "content": "Mr. Speaker Sir, in northern Kenya and many parts of this country, including Ukambani, these locusts went everywhere and literally finished everything. We have not been told the effect it had. We know that in certain areas right now the livestock have no fodder. Animals are going to die because of the plants which have been eaten up by these locusts. We want the Cabinet Secretary to tell us exactly what he has in mind and what plans the Ministry has in the near future before the eggs hatch, and we have billions of locusts in this country."
