    "content": "Sen. (Dr.) Zani, who came up with this Bill has fantastic ideas, and we should not kill this baby. we should save it. I propose that we should propose amendments that will make this Bill retain the original intention of community healthcare workers, which is volunteerism, and remove the technical word of them being workers from this Bill. I think that if we make a few of those amendments, this is a Bill that I fully support. I applaud the people in my county of Nyamira and other counties, who have volunteered their services towards enhancing healthcare within our counties for many years."
