    "content": "At the outset, the second segment of this Order, that is, Statements and Responses the Chairperson, Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources, you will issue these Statements on Tuesday next week in the afternoon. Therefore, they will not be responded to today. I know a number of Members have also travelled.
