Suffice it to say, these are matters that are to a good extend, already provided in Standing Order Nos. 127 and 128 expressly. If this House or the country feels like it wants to make it clear or improve it, then it should be done by amending Standing Order Nos. 127 and 128, not to create an Act of Parliament."
