    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support this amendment because this has been the trend in the country and we need to stop it. Whenever somebody becomes a CEO of a parastatal or a Government entity they, in a way - unless you make them account for how people have been hired during their time - collude. Therefore, this amendment is important so that we can make sure that there is equity in the country. That is because corruption is also by way of human resource. I thank you."
