    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I also want to support the amendment to this law. It is very important because when you look at the statistics which were released the other day by the Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Public Service and Gender, you could see that, proportionately, some areas are not being represented in the Civil Service. So, this will ensure that every part of this country get their right share as we recruit. Given a chance, it is not wise to put the issue of ethnicity in law. I do not know whether mentioning ethnicity is the direction we want to go as a country. I support the amendment"
