    "content": "Therefore, in light of the foregoing information, the Bill seeks to provide compulsory retirement at the age of 60 years. Two, it provides the penal provision in case a public organisation allows a person or an officer to act for a period exceeding six months. Three, it provides for compulsory retirement upon the attainment of the mandatory retirement age of 60 years, without exemption as provided in Section 80(2) of the PSC Act, 2017."
