Temporary Deputy Speaker, as I conclude, in relation to Clause 4 of the Bill, which provides for a saving and transition provision, the Committee observed that the transition provision is to cater for persons who are over 60 years and are currently serving in the service or in any other public authority. In view of the same, the Committee has proposed amendments to the Bill to take into consideration the observations. We will do that in the Committee of the whole House. Therefore, I request all hon. Members to read the Report of the Committee."
