    "content": "The succession plan which has been introduced in this Bill will really assist this country. Remember some time back, the country was at a crossroad when the Auditor-General retired. For almost a year, that office operated without a substantive Auditor-General. In many cases, people do that deliberately to create room for their relatives and friends, so that they can continue earning in the Government after attaining 60 years. The amendment also seeks to ensure that once someone retires, within six months, the person is replaced."
