    "content": " Well spoken, Hon. Sankok. Hon. Members, we need a paradigm shift in the way we look at employment in this country. We have a big population of youth who now have a good training courtesy of the efforts that have been made by previous parliaments and ourselves who have expanded the education space. However, we still have the mindset that the youth must be absorbed in the Civil Service, which is not possible. We must expand our thinking in terms of finding useful ways of occupying our youth."
