    "content": "We empathise with the situation Kenyans are in. Parliament has to move with speed and create that commission which will deal with county boundaries. As we know, the only relevant existing commission is the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) which only deals with constituencies and wards. It does not deal with counties. The law says we have to create a commission under Article 188 which this Senate has done by coming up with the necessary legislation.
