    "content": "I hope this House will find a way or a solution, not just of the Pandemic Response and Management Bill, but to all the Bills that held in the pipeline or crosshairs between the two Houses. What this is doing is beyond the supremacy battle between the two Houses, but it is affecting the lives of our citizens and service delivery in our counties. This is a solution that we must find. During the Petition, I know we talked about the Boundaries Bill and other numerous Bills that are now gathering dust. I hope the Pandemic Response and Management Bill can be fast tracked knowing that pandemic being matter of life and death. I hope that this House will find a solution to that. I also want to thank the Secretariat of the ad hoc Committee on COVID-19. We could not have asked for a better team. We got the most amazing support from them. We give them a lot of credit for the quality of work that we have been able to do and efficiency with which we have executed our mandate. I thank everybody as I look forward to when we handover our Report to the different Committees. I second."
