The Committee has been very productive and dedicated to their work. I would like to start by appreciating Sen. Sakaja, who was the first Chairperson of the Ad Hoc Committee. I would also like to appreciate the current Chairperson and Vice Chairperson. There is a saying that, ‘What a man can do, a woman can do better’."
