    "content": "The situation in some counties is pathetic. You will find classrooms made of mud and smoothened with cow dung. Sometimes children are infested with jiggers because of mud and cow dung. There is a lot that needs to be done in the area of education. There is a lot of uncertainty with regards to opening of schools because of lack of preparedness for COVID-19. I remember the Cabinet Secretary announced that schools will open in June. He then changed to September before announcing that it will be in January. Later, he said it will be in October. That lacks believability because of lack of preparedness."
