We need to go to the ground and see what they are saying, and if it corroborates with what is on the ground. This is because most of the time when information is sought from the Ministry, we just get desk responses, where somebody decides what they will tell us. There is need for interrogation. Universities needed to open like yesterday because of research. The Ministry cannot do research like universities would do.
