    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, when I was invited to the conference that happened on Monday, it was with a lot of disappointment because we did not get a chance to interact because conferences are supposed to allow for Question and Answer so that we ask a few questions. Some of us were ready with our notes to interact but I realised there was no time to interact. All we had was the Government scoring itself and not giving us an opportunity to weigh in on some of the challenges."
