    "content": "The national Government will be mandated to give technical information when it comes to issues of health. Both levels will work together in developing policies. The county government needs to have budgetary allocation for community health workers. This is because they are not supposed to be in the periphery, but extension workers in the medical field. They are important. I believe that my fellow Senators will speak and ventilate on this Bill and ensure that it goes to the next level and becomes law for the purpose of ensuring that we are delivering, not only for the child and mother, but all communities in the county."
