This Bill is crucial especially in this time of Agenda Four. One of the items on the Agenda Four by His Excellency the President is the universal healthcare, which is at its piloting stage. The report of that pilot indicated that Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is going to be implemented at the primary healthcare level.
