    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I join my colleagues in stating that it is a pity that institutions like Infotrak exist in this country. I remember when computers were introduced in this country, we used to say, “Garbage in garbage out”. I agree with those who say that we need to look at the research methodology. Issues of research are taught at master’s degree level. One does serious work at that level. As an economist, I have done advanced econometrics. This lady has to be professional in her work. I do not want to mention names. If you want to prove your research is credible, you must share the methodology. You will never see her share her methodology. We need to take her back to school so that she can do proper work. I do not want to comment on the results because they do not make sense. It was an opportunity for rent-seeking. As Kenyans, we should not allow anybody to rent-seek through such rubbish studies."
