It looks dangerous for the operations of civil servants because it says that any employee or official of a Government agency who issues or approves the issuance of a travel document--- I think it would be good if you said, âwho knowingly issues---â At the end of it, you add; âwith the intention of assisting in the commission of an offenceâ. This is because knowledge is important for you to create an attendant offence."
