"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Before you go to the other Statements, I raised a Statement here on issue of abduction, which was very urgent. You had ordered the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for the Ministry of Defence and Internal Security to appear before the relevant Committee. Up to now, we have not heard anything from that issue. That young man has not yet been found. The family members were the whole of today going around mortuaries looking for him. From there, they said that they want to go to Ngong Hills and other places to check for his body. Mr. Speaker, Sir, when can we get an answer from the concerned authorities on the whereabouts of this young man?"
