Olekina to mislead this House that there are letters written by Angelica Medical Supplies to the Ministry of Health based on the power of attorney which he has, but it was not availed to the Committee? How was the Committee supposed to know about those letters? Secondly, it is on record that the position of the Committee was that the people who were invited to bid for the contract were original manufacturers of medical equipment. M/s Angelica Medical Supplies was not. The only exemption was if they were invited to bid, they were to present a letter of attorney from the original manufactures of equipment.
