Thirdly, as I also conclude, in calculating the indices attached to the parameters, there is need to use the current data as provided by the KIHBS 2015, 2016 and 2019 Population Census and any other data that is provided by the national Government. Fourthly, the parameters are not exhaustive as they do not include services such as water, fishing and all that. These are the Committee’s recommendation. Having considered the above matters, the Committee recommends to this House as follows: That, the third basis for allocation of the national revenue among county governments be approved.
