In this House - and you better look at your Standing Orders 225 and 226 - the time allocated for comments, clarifications, further information on matters to do with Petitions howsoever presented, is only thirty minutes. Standing Order No.226 reads: “The Speaker may allow comments, observations or clarifications in relation to a Petition presented or reported and such total time shall not exceed thirty minutes.” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
