    "content": "There are Kenyans who need services to be provided. Supremacy battles between individuals should not come at the expense of the welfare of our society. Most of the employees in our counties are young people. Some of us here can do without a salary for three or four months. However, those newly employed people in the county governments cannot do without a salary for one month, and then you starve them for three months just because you want to show who is superior and who is not. I do not want to talk beyond that but this should never be allowed to happen again. Let us be patriotic and think about the welfare of the country beyond self. Let politics be back-benched over development, the rule of law and progress of the great Republic of Kenya that our forefathers fought for many years and shed their blood so that this can be achieved."
