    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also want to support the Motion as presented by the Committee. First, let me also praise, thank and congratulate the Committee for doing a good job. In fact, the Mover of the Motion was very slow in moving the Motion; we were really struggling to hear what he was saying, but he was very detailed in his presentation if you had the opportunity to pay attention and listen to him. And he was seconded very ably. I just want to say a few things. One, I want to agree with Hon. Amos Kimunya, the Leader of the Majority Party, that the ORPP is very critical in terms of promoting democracy in this country and the management of political party affairs and matters. Kenya is a multiparty democracy as the Constitution spells it out. Therefore, management of political parties is very cardinal in opening the democratic space in this country.
