    "content": "Secondly, this lady, Ann Nderitu, proved to us what I have constantly said on the Floor of this House that this country is ready for women leadership, but women leadership does not need to be forced down our throats. Women who are qualified, like Ms. Ann Nderitu, will get appointed by the President and unanimously passed by a committee and the whole House, not because they are women, but because they are qualified for the positions. That is what I am talking about. There are qualified women and people want to be led by qualified people, whether they are men, women, or youth, as long as they are qualified and demonstrate that they have what it takes to lead this country. For that, I would like to congratulate Ms. Ann Nderitu for that appointment."
