    "content": "This section says that the Cabinet Secretary shall, in consultation with the Council of Governors (COG), the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) and the Kenya Revenue Authority, develop a uniform county revenue collection system. We are adding that they should do it within one year of coming into force of this Act. I beg to move the amendment."
