I am hearing that in town, everybody can, and the police officers are told that they must purchase uniforms very urgently. They can go anywhere they want. They can get them from anybody they want. You know the way Kenyans are, they like going to people’s houses during very odd hours the way the Senator for Nandi County usually says “at the wee hours” as if they are the only wizards awake.
