    "content": "For something as technical as this one of the construction industry, stakeholders are always there at hand, ready to engage with the Government so that they can help with the crafting of proper regulations that can help the ease of doing business in the industry. I want to thank my fraternity, the Architectural Association of Kenya, for bringing it to our attention. They are gazetted almost in a secret manner, as if they are done at night, so that we do not get to know what is happening. I am very grateful to the Committee and we are waiting for the debate, so that we can speak a little bit more to it. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
