I understand the COVID-19 protocols in terms of documentation. I am asking by the leave of the Speaker to instruct that hard copies of this Report be available to every Member. We want to go through it with a fine toothcomb; every comma and dot, and have more time in discussing it. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I request that you can relax the rules and allow us to each have a copy of this Report."
