    "content": "Throughout the Committee’s tenure, we held hearings with various public officials, both past and present, from the Ministry of Health. We also met with public officials from the National Treasury, the Controller of Budget (CoB), Office of the Auditor-General (OAG) and public officials from national Government agencies such as the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA), the Pharmacies and Poisons Board (PPB), Kenya Bureau of Standards (KeBS), the county governments, the MES contractors and civil society. The Committee also engaged in site visits to some of the beneficiary counties, hospitals and headquarters offices of one of the MES contractor in the Kingdom of Netherlands."
