Kang’ata is opposing, and he has hardly even spoken. A person like me, who would like to hear both sides, I have been unable to hear him because every so often, there is a point of order. I do not know what he is saying and why he is opposing. Can you protect both sides, so that we hear them and participate in an informed way? I thank you.
