    "content": "On a point of information, Madam Temporary Speaker. I said here earlier that Sen. Kang’ata should read the Report. This is because in our Report, it is very clear that the Auditor- General raised a concern that IKM and PKF were single sourced. Secondly, IKM were appointed much later after they had engaged the Ministry of Health. Sen. Kang’ata did not sit in this Committee. He should not contradict us. That is why I am saying that he needs to read the Report and contribute, based on the facts and from an informed position. I thank you."
