    "content": "The nexus of this Standing Order is that you can drop an amendment if in the opinion of the Speaker, whatever you want to amend has already been covered in the Report. I strongly feel we need a detailed ruling from the Office of the Speaker as to why my amendment was dropped because it will determine my decision on this Motion. I agree with the entirety of the Report, but I am bothered by some recommendations. The recommendations are not commensurate to the crime committed by various public officers and the companies. I want to understand the basis upon which the Speaker made that ruling."
