One of them is called General Electric, which has 52 per cent of the contracts according to what Sen. Wetangula said. We must shame those people who made this terrible mistake. There is no way you can buy a torch for a Kshs1 million. There is no way you can buy a telescope for Kshs1 million. This is robbery. The recommendations from the Committee are very mild because they are talking about audit. We want to candidly say, ‘investigate this particular Principal Secretary (PS) or Cabinet Secretary (CS).
