    "content": "According to Schedule Four of the Constitution, local tourism is a county government function. When we encourage local tourism we help counties generate revenue. I urge Committee that will interrogate this Statement to come up with innovative ways of encouraging counties to benefit from game reserves and national parks within their jurisdictions. I urge them to encourage the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife to conserve, not only wildlife, but also the environment."
