    "content": "We know this is an arranged programme. This is not different from what was done to the Kenya Co-operative Creameries (KCC). These are old known games. They will undervalue. In fact, the interest is not even in the factories, but the nucleus of those factories. There are huge tracks of land owned by companies like Nzoia, Mumias and Muhoroni that tenderpreneurs are interested in. We cannot allow that. This House must stand for the people of Kenya and defend against this fraud. That deal is a fraud. The Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries must expose it.
