Seneta as our Vice Chairperson--- I cannot see the Chairman of the Committee on Energy. We were looking at the matter of inflated bills and transformers. I am surprised that this report has never come to the House. Mr. Speaker, Sir, you should reprimand the Chairperson of this Committee because we took a lot of time considering this matter; the fraud, theft and the racket that involved the procurement of the equipment was major."
