Seneta said, that it has been the practice and tradition of this House that when a Statement is sought, it is assigned to a particular Committee and the Chair or any Member of that Committee has to take responsibility. If work is not assigned to a particular Committee, it is a sign that nobody has taken responsibility. At the end of the day, we will have lapses somewhere and nobody will pick that up."
