    "content": "We made some key observations in that regard. Some positives from our interactions with the county governments are that we saw local innovations in response to the pandemic. We saw the use of telemedicine in minimising contact between healthcare workers and COVID-19 patients. We saw that in the Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital and it was quite impressive while ensuring they are monitored and attended to."
