    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, Sen. Cheruiyot has raised an important point on the frontline health workers, and I want to give an example. In Nairobi, which is the county that has been hardest hit, one of our institutions had an inordinately high number of infections, possibly 50-70, and that is Pumwani Maternity Hospital. We saw what happened last week in that hospital, which is related because due to that there has been a go-slow. The issues that are yet to be addressed were those we had raised when we spoke to the health workers. First, there is serious staff shortage in Pumwani Maternity Hospital. I am glad that when the Statement from Sen.
